Do you offer graphic design services?
We currently offer limited graphic design services.
What format and resolution do you need the designs to be?
All files are highly recommended to be submitted as a jpg or png file with at least 300 (dpi) resolution.

Is there a minimum hire requirement for delivery services?
A minimum hire charge of $300 applies to prop hire, print items, excluding delivery charges, graphic design fee(s) and taxes for all bookings if you request delivery services.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently offer delivery from Miami to Orlando.
Do you offer shipping?
We currently offer shipping in the U.S. for all vinyl decals and banner prints for orders with a minimum of $125.00
Do you remove floor wraps?
Floor wrap removal is an additional service and available upon request.
Do you offer to pick up after the event is finished?
We offer pick up services on all rental props and hire items that require installation. Custom prints may only be picked up if combined with rental items upon the client's request.
When should all files be submitted for printing?
All files should be submitted by email at least one week prior to date of event.
Is pick up an option?
We offer pick up by appointment at our print shop located in Port St. Lucie.
